The National Validation Workshop on the Draft NPO bill convened on 25th September 2023 at Nim Avenue Hotel, Tamale. This critical gathering aimed to solicit input, feedback and validation from diverse stakeholders concerning the proposed NPO bill. The objective was to ensure the inclusivity and comprehensive of the bill, addressing the needs and concerns of all relevant parties to ensure it aligns with the needs and concerns of the NPO in Ghana.
On Monday 25th September 2023, the Director for Non-Profit Organization Secretariat (NPOS), Mr. Dela Ashiagbor went on a workshop at Tamale in the Northern Region. He was accompanied by Mr. Emil Meddy. The workshop was to discuss the validation of the draft NPO bill.
The participants of the National Validation Workshop on the Draft NPO bill asked questions and shared their concerns to the speakers. Mr. Dela Ashiagbor and Mr. Emil Medddy responded to questions from participants elucidating doubts and giving legal detailed explanations where it deemed it.
